Ordering takes a few minutes. Our own crew picks, carries and sets up every tree.

- We hand-pick your tree. A fresh USDA Premium Fraser fir, matched to your height and the shape you like.
- We deliver it. On your day we bring it to your home, set it up inside or leave it at your door.

Delivery questions
How much is delivery?
$100, the same for in-home setup and contactless doorstep delivery. It is added to your total at checkout.
When do deliveries start?
Deliveries usually start in mid-November and run while trees last. Pick your date when you order. The lot opens November 20.
Can I get same-day delivery?
No. We do not deliver on the day you order. We confirm your date and time within 24 to 48 hours.
What are the delivery windows?
Day, 10am–4pm, or evening, 5pm–9pm. Traffic can move a window, so we cannot guarantee it. Please be available all day.
Do I need to be home?
For contactless doorstep delivery, no. Tell us a safe spot and we leave the tree there. For in-home setup, someone 18 or older must be home to let our crew in.
Do you bring a stand?
Use your own, or add one to your order. Green stands start at $35. If you skip the stand, have one ready that can hold your tree so we can set it up.
How long does setup take?
Not long. It depends on where you live and how big your tree is.
Can you take the tree away after Christmas?
Some seasons we offer pickup after Christmas as a separate service. Call 407-536-7628 to ask.
I live outside your delivery area. What can I do?
Call 407-536-7628. We may still be able to deliver. You can also pick your tree at the lot in Dr. Phillips.
Do you deliver trees taller than 9 ft?
Yes, by inquiry. Large trees come in different grades, so we match each one by hand. Ask about a large tree.
How do I pay?
Online, when you order. Pay by card, or with Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna or Cash App.
Is there a delivery waiver?
Yes. When you order, you agree to this: "I will not hold Ciro & Sons Christmas Trees liable for any damage that may occur to property during or after delivery and setup of my Christmas tree."
