- Forms. When you send our contact form, large tree form or email sign-up form, we keep it in our website's database and send it to Ciro & Sons by email so we can answer you.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. You enter your card details with Stripe, and we do not store your card number. Read Stripe's privacy policy.
4. Other services we use
We use a few trusted services to run our business. SiteGround hosts this website and keeps your order and form details. Resend sends our order and form emails. Google Maps helps us plan delivery routes. Read SiteGround's privacy policy, Resend's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
5. Text messages
If you give us your cell number and agree to texts, you agree to get promotional and marketing messages, notifications and customer service messages from Ciro & Sons Christmas Trees. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We send 1 to 4 messages per year. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel.
6. Opting out
You can stop marketing emails or texts at any time. To stop emails, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. To stop texts, reply STOP. You will still get messages about your order and delivery.

We never sell or give away your information. We use strong passwords and reliable, professional web services to keep your data safe, and we work to keep it private and accurate.
